              . Sociable Housing project.

At the South of 6th of October City near AL WAHAT Road there is a huge project taking place, which is the sociable housing the project .

This project was sponsored and raised by the Egyptian Ministry in co- operation with Egyptian Army. The project aim is to provide good apartments with fair pricing to be paid on 3 years for people who need it. The project is in the final touches to be given to the people who reserved their place, the project consists of 16008 units with all essential facilities such as hospital, 2 mosques, church, sports club and a shopping mall to fulfill the people needs.

The families got the apartment by filling in applications and then they get filtered according who needs them the most, after that families were picked randomly from the huge applicants to get the apartment. 

The apartments will be delivered to the families by the next couple of months and they will be able to move in it right away.
