The director of Irish center of High-End Computing (ICHEC), Jean Christophe, has said that High-End computers would help advancing medicine and let people live 10 years more by analyzing the sophisticated human DNA providing the suitable medication.
According to the British newspaper "Daily Mail" website, High-End computers are machines that can process data faster than the regular ones, it first appeared in the sixties but it's speed has evolved ever since.
ICHEC has been established in 2006 to meet the increasing demand on giant computers, as they can translate the human DNA which is formed by around 3 billion characters.
