In 6th October city A guy who owns this black car threatens to kidnap a girl The reason still very strange. The girl which is threatened to kidnap told us the story as follows; She was walking with her friend at 7 PM and suddenly A strange girl came to her and started to introduce her self saying: Hello my name is Fatima I'm Egyptian and I came to you to tell you that this guy wants to talk with you and he is following you for more than 4 days. The girl didn't give any attention to Fatima's words and told her to go. After that the guy followed her again and started to shout at her loudly in the street saying bad words and insulting her he also tried to hit her by his car more than one time and threatened to kidnap her saying that he is a policeman and he can do this easily without feeling fear of punishment.
