The students were in a shock and insisted that the driver should come outside the vehicle and apologize for what he did, but instead of solving the problem he refused to come out and just stood there laughing carelessly which angered the students more and made them stood in front of the vehicle demanding him to get out, so he just drove the vehicle pushing them away.
Of course that made them more angry so they just started to break his side mirrors, front and back lighting waiting for him to get out but he didn't.
The security guards were absolutely negative, doing nothing but trying to calm the students down to stop the excitement but that angered them more and made it personally for them to make sure that driver gets punished.
After a lot of conflicts the security manager pushed away the students promising them everything they want will happen and made the vehicle park far from the building until the police came and made a report about the accident.

They took the student, who was injured and was the only evidence that something happened, to the university's hospital and made him giving up the report against the driver which reversed the case against the students because they broke the vehicle and that made them the offenders instead of victims.
Few students completed with the procedures and insisted of taking an action towards what happened so that it never happens again, and the security manager promised he will make some rules that prevent those vehicles from driving along the campus during study hours, to avoid similar accidents.
