RedBull Soundclash, the unique musical confrontation concept that put two bands, one from each nation, against each other to compete for the affection of the crowd, on two opposing stages. After warming up with a couple of tracks, each band sets on an opposing stage and execute a musical conversation that will push the boundaries, raise the bar, and have the audience roaring in support. It's divided into four rounds, which are:

ROUND 1 - THE COVER
After a brief warm up by each band, the bands will head straight into “The Cover” round, where each will play their rendition of the same cover song in their own individual style and flavor.

ROUND 2 - THE TAKEOVER
Round two will have each band perform two songs that will be cut midway by the other band that in turn will put their own twist on it.

ROUND 3 - THE CLASH
Here, each band will perform three original songs in completely different genres changing the game and redefining the boundaries between genre.

ROUND 4 - THE WILD CARD
Finally, in the fourth and last round, each band will perform with a guest artist, whose name will be kept closely guarded secret until they appear on stage. This round will really be getting wild.

RedBull has cooked up another star-studded musical extravaganza, announcing the return of Soundclash after two massive concerts that saw Cairokee and Wust ElBalad clashing tunes for their crowds in 2014, and Sharmoofers going song to song against Cairokee in 2015. Both editions were immensely memorable with thousands of fans that made it out to both happenings.
"Sharmoofers and Massar Egbari" took place on February 24th near Dandy Mall, a special stage was built and given the name Masnaa El Mazzika (the music factory) which explains a lot about the trailer’s theme.

The guest artist for this Sound clash was really surprising for the audience, Ahmed Shiba (Massar Egbari's band) vs Shab Khaled (Sharmoofers' Band)

And as it should be noted, this Soundclash saw the largest turnout of audience in the history of the presence of the RedBull Soundclash, 10,000 spectators were standing as an arbiter between the two divisions competing on the stage
