The rapid increase in the number of Foodcourts like Tivoli Dome in most of cairo modernized areas has increased the crowds of people and cars of cairo streets in both weekends and week days, that leads to the urgent need of parking valets, which unfortunately has allowed a chance for many people to earn money by illegal ways, pushing cars' owners to pay them by force.
