Obama discuss with US National Security Council how to face ISIS

Obama had a meeting today with the members of the US National Security Council in the white house to see how the process of facing ISIS going.
The whie house press secretary Josh Earnest said that the cause of the meeting is to keep up with what the United states and the international coalition forces are doing to face ISIS in Syria and Iraq, and Obama hopes to expand the efforts outside these two countries.
Earnest added that senior officials of the CIA and the ministries of Defense and Foreign affairs were attending the meeting, and they were discussing how to stop the war in Syria and they were trying to reach a political settlement in the Syrian crisis.
He also said that Obama asked the members of US National Security Council to double the efforts into facing ISIS.
On the other hand, Earnest announced that "Lisa Monaco" the United States homeland security advisor and the chief counterterrorism to president Obama, is now at Brussel to discuss wih the prime minister of Belgium Charles Michel how to reinforce the efforts to face terrorism plots in Europe and
the Unite States, and she will also meet with the European Union to discuss the security cooperation between the US and Europe.
