At Port Said city, the night of Sham El-Naseem, people used to make a doll it's called 'Alenbi' which came from 'sir Lenbi' who was a very rude British Police officer with people who decided at this time to make a doll looks like him and they burnt it from this time and it became a tradition in this city and a face of Sham El-Naseem night's festivals, but now their is no burning only making the dolls and present it to people in a show and every year the dolls were made about Egypt's events that happen at the festival time, 2017 was about ISIS.
in addition to the folclor celebrate by playing Semsemya which is a music instrument and local songs tune.
And there is another tradition where most of people is making a sweet called 'manjaona', it came from an italian who lived their at the last century and he was baking and puting a sugar on it. Sham El-Naseem at Port Said city has a special customs and traditions which affect people who live in, by celebrating in a unique and different way.
