Pope Francis is here in Egypt

Pope Francis, is the pope of the Catholic Church since 13th of March in 2013, the pope arrived to egyptian airport on Friday holding hopes in his visit to help in distributing the feeling of peace, encouraging conversation in the Islamic world.
On Friday he met the Egyptian president Abd El Fattah el- Sisi and the patriarch Pope Tawadros II after meeting Sheikh El- Azhar Ahmed El-Tayeb.

It’s to be notable that the pope visit came in a very sad and hard time to Christians after three weeks of two suicidal bombing in two big churches and the death of 45 people.
And the two attacks are after a bombing that targeting The Church of Beatrice Attached
to the Copts of the Orthodox in Cairo on December which lead to the death of 28 people.

And despite all this security threats that the pope may face, he used an ordinary car during
his 27 hours that he spent in Egypt, as it’s his habit to keep him close to the people.
The authorities banned the movement of cars near the embassy of the Vatican in Egypt and
other places and banned the people from walking in these places.
The pope Paul Halem Spokesman of the Orthodox Church that the majority of the Christians
follow it said that “Despite all the pain that we feel because of all this bloodshed,
we’re sure that the state are making it’s strong steps to ban terrorism and protect the Christians”
