Are the movies in Egypt worth all these film festivals?

A lot of film festivals have been launching the last couple of months in Egypt at many governorates.
Every festival includes different types of movies, whether documentary, short or long.
Of course those kind of festivals produce positive vibes and make a good image for the country and bring more tourism, but in my opinion we haven’t reached the quality of movies that qualify us to make such festivals and pay this amount of money, while we can use that money on making high quality movies that can compete the world cinema industry.
Despite the misorganization for the festivals that made an overlap between two festivals which made the ministry of culture unable to attend both at the right time and make his speech properly.
The culture of people in Egypt doesn’t really get the good quality movies that can get Oscars. We need to make an a awareness first about the different types of movies rather than comedy or action, if we call our movies action movies, they get bored if they watched a good documentary movie, only few who really appreciate these different types that reflect a specific idea  of the author or director.
So until we are able to manage the cinema industry in Egypt and make it presentable and qualified to such events we shouldn’t make many film festivals and rather focus on Cairo international film festival to make it a huge event that reaches abroad, because we have so many talents that need to appear and take their chances.
