A NEW FUTURE FOR MONUMENTS IN THE NEW EGYPTION MUSEUM

        

Been completed of the first and second phase of the museum , which include energy center , fire station and restoration center, the third phase stay under construction and it called body of the museum , the two stages opened in june 2010 by THE PRESIDENT HOSNI MUBARAK AND SUZANNE MUBARAK.

Number of labor in museum six thousand workers , it will include one hundred thousand pieces , it was moved forty thousand pieces and twenty nine thousand pieces maintenance and restoration , it was transported from museums and archeological areas such as pyramid, Sakkara, monsoura and luxor ,it will divided hundred thousand into fifty thousand in museum for display and the other fifty thousand in archeological stores for study and diversification of display.

Engineering authority of the armed forces supervising the museum ,it will opened in MAY 2018 . The budget of museum one billion and two hundred thousand pound and restoration center fifty –one million and number of labor one hundred sixty-two workers .  

Restoration center there is fourteen specialized lab in restoration monuments , seven of them work for restoration monuments of different materials such as TIMBER, MINERALS , TEXTILES AND PAPYRUS .

 first time in EGYPT , the establishment of the restoration of heavy monuments and up to one ton, it won't include the monuments pharaonic but also from the pre-dynastic period to the greek roman era.
